INDIA. Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh is set to deploy GrayMatter Software Services’ StoreSense platform to capture real-time sales data from 170 point-of-sale terminals across the travel hub.
The partnership with the digital transformation specialist reflects the airport’s focus on innovation and improving the shopping experience for travellers.
StoreSense will integrate with the airport’s core operational systems, including the SAP Real Estate module for billing and the SITA Airport Operational Data Base (AODB) for flight and passenger records.

Among the key retailers and brands adopting StoreSense are Heinemann Asia Pacific, BBM Group, HMSHost, Haldiram, Starbucks, TFS (Travel Food Services), Mahindra Logistics, Uber, Rapido, Global Exchange and Apollo.
StoreSense gathers real-time sales data from point-of-sale systems and printers, using contract rules to categorise products to deliver fast billing with accurate reconciliations.
The solution equips airport teams with insights across all levels through role-based analytics, producing executive dashboards and detailed reports to drive retail performance and improve the passenger experience.

Noida International Airport Chief Commercial Officer Prashant Gaurav Gupta said, “We were on the lookout for a business intelligence solution that captures real-time sales data from our concessionaires, speeds up billing, and delivers valuable data-driven insights.
“StoreSense has a proven track record at leading airports, and we believe it will enhance the shopping experience for travellers at Noida International Airport.”
GrayMatter Software Services Founder and CEO Vikas Gupta added, “Airport concessionaires collect valuable data that, when converted into actionable insights, can create new revenue streams and improve contract performance across the entire ecosystem.
“We are pleased that Noida International Airport will implement StoreSense and proud to collaborate with them to enhance the passenger experience and optimise operations.” ✈
