“Not just a marketplace” – TAV OS debuts Treva ‘super app’ to streamline the airport experience

One platform, multiple touchpoints: Treva brings together the full airport journey into a single, integrated digital ecosystem that engages travellers pre-, during and post-trip

TAV Operation Services has launched Treva, a next-generation digital platform that brings multiple airport services together within a single ecosystem.

The platform combines functions including lounge access, fast-track security, food & beverage, duty-free shopping, private transfers, car rental and parking, alongside real-time flight information, terminal navigation and wifi.

Creating a seamless airport journey by enabling travellers to complete their shopping and orders pre-trip, Treva has been initially rolled out at İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum and Ankara Esenboğa airports, with further expansion planned to Almaty and Tbilisi airports.

In a recent interview, TAV Airports Holding Chief Commercial Officer and TAV Operation Services Chief Executive Officer Aude Ferrand talked about how initiatives such as Treva can help create connected experiences across the airport ecosystem. Click here for the full interview.

In addition, the platform extends beyond individual airport ecosystems, offering access to lounges at more than 300 travel hubs worldwide and car rental services across 160 countries.

Treva is structured to support broader cross-sector integration, with planned collaborations spanning mobility, retail, financial services and digital solutions.

This approach aims to reposition the airport journey as a connected, experience-led ecosystem rather than a series of fragmented touchpoints.

TAV Operation Services Chief Marketing and Digital Solutions Officer Aylin Alpay said: “Today, airports are highly advanced in their physical infrastructure. However, the passenger digital experience still remains fragmented.

“We developed Treva not just to eliminate this fragmentation, but to redesign the entire experience.

“Treva is not just a marketplace; it is a platform that manages the airport experience end-to-end, responds to passenger needs at the right moment, and transforms the entire journey into a seamless flow.

“In this sense, we see Treva as one of the first true ‘super apps’ developed for the airport experience.

“Going forward, we aim to expand Treva beyond travel by establishing partnerships across different sectors and transforming it into a lifestyle-integrated platform.”

Treva is available via iOS and Android applications, as well as on trevaworld.com
