UK/SWITZERLAND. Nuance has opened new Bulgari stores at Zürich Airport and London Heathrow Terminal 4, with another boutique set to open in Heathrow Terminal 2 next year.
The Heathrow Terminal 4 store opened in August while the Zürich Airport store, located on Level 1, commenced operations on 25 November. Both house a selection of jewellery, watches and accessories. Nuance said the product assortment is specifically aligned to the passenger profiles, including the latest Serpenti collections as well as a number of the brand’s iconic collections.
Zürich Airport Senior Vice President Commercial Patrick Graf said: “Bulgari is one of the most important brands when it comes to luxury jewellery and accessories shopping at Zürich Airport. The new store concept is the perfect setting for an ideal luxury experience and we are very proud to open such a beautiful boutique.”

The design of the stores is inspired by the flagship Bulgari store, which opened in Rome in 1905, with the onyx star design on the floors. Nuance has promised customers a “unique shopping experience combined with impeccable service”.
It added: “Every Bulgari product upholds the company’s tradition of craftsmanship and style. The same outstanding quality that you can see in the products is also reflected in customer service. All store employees have been trained to provide each customer with a personalised service.”
The companies have worked together as partners for 10 years and Nuance said the openings showed its commitment to delivering a shopping experience in luxury jewellery and watches to its passengers.
“The opening of our third Bulgari boutique in Heathrow Terminal 4 demonstrates the longstanding and valued partnership we have with both Bulgari and Heathrow Airport,” added Nuance UK General Manager Paul Donaldson.
“This builds on the success of our other luxury brand boutiques in terminals 3 and 5. In 2014 Nuance will further extend its partnership with Bulgari with the opening of a new Bulgari boutique in Heathrow Terminal 2.”
