Omnevo renews Alpha Flight Services deal to advance integrated onboard retail and operations

Travel retail technology company Omnevo has extended its partnership with Alpha Flight Services UAE (part of dnata), continuing to support the onboard digital retailing and catering programme, as well as back-office logistics, through its integrated platform.

The continued multi-year collaboration enhances management of onboard retail inventory and crew meal processes across Air Arabia’s operations, with Omnevo’s integrated retail technology platform streamlining workflows.

The solution spans catering, logistics and onboard teams, enhancing visibility and coordination to support consistent service delivery.
