INTERNATIONAL. Travel retail marketing agency Onboard Media has teamed up with Princess Cruises to deliver customised onboard programming and destination-based concierge services.

The collaboration is focused on improving port shopping services and guest experience both onboard and ashore.

Onboard Media enhances the cruise experience by delivering destination-themed content, personalised services and expert recommendations.
Trained destination and onboard advisors will be available on Princess ships to offer guidance on how guests spend their time, from retail and dining to experiences.

Personalised programming and storytelling
Aimed at improving the passenger experience on Princess ships, Onboard Media will provide a fully tailored programme that includes print and digital content, and live activations.
The content offers practical information and advice to help guests maximise their cruise experience.

Onboard Media’s destination content will also be integrated into the Princess MedallionPay system, directing guests to trusted shops and restaurants in major ports. Further enhancing the journey, custom port guides will add helpful tips and tailored recommendations.

The partnership extends to local impact, guiding guests to trusted retailers and restaurants in key destinations. The programme will feature small businesses, artisans and cultural landmarks to encourage meaningful engagement and local spending.
On Princess ships sailing in Alaska, Onboard Media will work with long-term partners, including the Alaska Small Business Development Center’s Buy Alaska programme, Made in Alaska and Silver Hand to help guests identify locally made products. 🛳️
