Ospree, formerly Mumbai Duty Free, captures customer-centricity award

INDIA. Mumbai Duty Free, recently rebranded under the Ospree name, was recently awarded Customer-Centric Team of the Year in Travel Retail at the CX Excellence Awards 2024 held in New Delhi.

Hosted by business media group Quantic India, the third CX Excellence Awards celebrated the achievements of industry leaders and offered a forum to discuss strategies that drive customer satisfaction.

Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited (MTRPL) said the accolade “positions it as a dynamic industry leader and sets the stage for future milestones under the name Ospree”.

The company won a Prestigious Brand of Asia award earlier this year.
