Paradies Lagardère appoints Aaron Bonham as Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer

Aaron Bonham joins Paradies Lagardère following a 15-year spell at The Home Depot

NORTH AMERICA. Paradies Lagardère has appointed Aaron Bonham as Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer.

Bonham will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Paradies Lagardère’s merchandising organisation, including regional, national and international brands, general merchandise, and the convenience business. He will report to Paradies Lagardère President and CEO Gregg Paradies.

Prior to joining Paradies Lagardère, Bonham spent 15 years in leadership positions at The Home Depot in Atlanta. His most recent role at the company was as Merchandise Vice President, Kitchen and Bath, where he was responsible for developing competitive strategies for growth and managing US$6.5 billion in business.

He is credited with increasing market share in 2017 and 2018 and growing the division’s online business significantly. Bonham started his career in retail at J. C. Penney Company as a clothing buyer, working his way through the company in various leadership roles.
