USA. North American airport concessionaire Paradies Lagardère has announced a series of first quarter food & beverage openings at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, Boston Logan International and Oklahoma City Will Rogers World airports.
New additions in Concourse T-North at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport include global coffee brand Starbucks and Tropical Smoothie Café, an Atlanta-based casual restaurant chain.

Tropical Smoothie Café is known for its wide array of fruit smoothies, salads, wraps, sandwiches and flatbreads that appeal to health-conscious individuals. It becomes the brand’s second Paradies Lagardère-operated airport location.
The concessionaire has also unveiled Fox & Flight, a partnership with Boston celebrity chef Karen Akunowicz, at Boston Logan International Airport. The eatery offers Akunowicz’s take on the cuisine of Modena, Italy, with a menu featuring handmade pastas and bright antipasti dishes.
At Will Rogers World Airport popular local restaurant brand Hatch Early Mood Food has opened to passengers (pictured below). The restaurant – which has four other locations in downtown Oklahoma City – serves a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes.

Paradies Lagardère Dining Division Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations Claude Guillaume commented: “We’re excited to continue evolving the airport concession programmes in Atlanta, Boston and Oklahoma City. Travellers will truly delight in this line-up of beloved local restaurants and iconic brands.
“There’s something for everyone, from leisurely and indulgent meals to healthy choices to quick pick-me-ups.”
