USA. Airport restaurateur Paradies Lagardère has partnered with the Connecticut Airport Authority to open a Starbucks store at Bradley International Airport.
The café is located in the airside lobby.
The menu includes the brand’s popular line-up of signature hot and cold beverages, as well as an array of food items including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Starbucks offers customers the option to pre-order food and drinks through its app.

To celebrate the store opening, the airport authority and Paradies Lagardère held a ribbon-cutting event. The celebrations included comments by executives from each organisation, live entertainment and other activities.
This new location is the airport restaurateur’s fourth Starbucks café, with more scheduled to open in the coming months.
Paradies Lagardère CEO Gregg Paradies said: “We very much appreciate our partnership with both the Connecticut Airport Authority and Starbucks and are excited to connect these two organisations so that our guests in Hartford can enjoy this great experience.

“This Starbucks jump starts part of a larger enhancement of restaurant services for travellers at Bradley International Airport and we are pleased to begin that process with such an iconic and beloved brand that will absolutely exceed expectations.”
Connecticut Airport Authority Executive Director Kevin Dillon added: “In partnership with Paradies Lagardère, we are excited to welcome Starbucks to Bradley International Airport.
“Travellers can now enjoy their favourite Starbucks menu items right here at Bradley, which represents the first of many upcoming terminal-wide changes to enrich our retail and dining programme.” ✈
