Plaza Premium Group enhances Dallas Fort Worth Airport lounge scene with two new concepts

A First experience: A premium lounge concept built around privacy, personalisation and elevated comfort

USA. Plaza Premium Group (PPG) has marked the US debut of Plaza Premium First and the opening of a reimagined Plaza Premium Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

Located in Terminal D, the two concepts establish the airport hospitality services company’s flagship presence in the country while enhancing the passenger experience.

Modern interiors, bright spaces and comfortable seating welcome passengers at Plaza Premium Lounge

Plaza Premium Group entered Dallas Fort Worth International Airport with ALLWAYS Meet & Assist, providing end-to-end passenger services across all terminals, before the US debut of Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal E in 2020.

Reflecting Texan influences, the Terminal E lounge features fresh local and international cuisine, a full-service bar and modern amenities, including high-speed wifi and charging stations, remaining central to the group’s US operations.

The latest launches reinforce the group’s airport presence with spaces thoughtfully designed for a diverse range of passengers.

Plaza Premium First’s US debut at Dallas Fort Worth Airport marks the brand’s second North American location, following its first in 2024 at Vancouver Airport.

Both lounges reflect Dallas-Fort Worth culture and international influences, offering diverse food options, attentive service, distinctive design and modern amenities.

Described as the brand’s most elevated offering yet, the Dallas Fort Worth location features upgraded services, dining and amenities.

A lounge ambassador welcomes guests and escorts them to their table upon arrival.

The menu features breakfast and all-day dishes, including Brisket Benedict, Prime Steak Tips and Duck Tacos, complemented by desserts such as ube cheesecake and warm bread pudding.

Guests can choose between a self-serve buffet and tableside à la carte service, enhanced by drink and dessert trolleys.

The lounge serves complimentary craft cocktails, wine and beer, with select bottles available for purchase. Signature cocktails are also offered, alongside a curated wine, beer and spirits list.

The lounge features leather seating with subtle local design elements, alongside wellness amenities, including shower facilities and dedicated relaxation areas.

Plaza Premium Lounge

Plush seating and a drinks bar create an inviting space for travellers to unwind

Local offerings include buttermilk biscuits, blueberry cobbler muffins and cranberry-orange muffin bread from Dallas bakery Maui Foods, complemented by local beverages such as Hop & Sting craft beer, TX Whiskey, Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon, and a curated selection of spirits & wine.

The lounge also serves La Colombe coffee, premium teas, juices and soft drinks.

A mix of open and private seating areas offers added privacy, while high-speed wifi and charging stations are available throughout the venue.

Lounge access

Access to both lounges is available for purchase with flexible options. Plaza Premium Lounge starts at US$70 for two hours, providing comfort and modern amenities, while Plaza Premium First starts at US$115 for two hours, providing personalised service, refined dining and enhanced privacy.

Additional hours are available for a fee.

Lounge access is available for travellers departing within three hours of their scheduled flight.

Both lounges reflect PPG’s commitment to local culture, with Plaza Premium Lounge showcasing local artists and organisations to highlight Dallas’ creativity and connect guests to the city.

Enhancing this cultural focus, Plaza Premium First showcases an exclusive collection of international artworks through its Global Art Program in partnership with global artists.

The company is also launching Beyond First, a fully curated premium airport experience that goes beyond lounge access. It combines ALLWAYS Meet & Assist concierge service with exclusive Plaza Premium First access.

Services include personalised support, porter service and chauffeured limousine transfers in partnership with Blacklane, for a more convenient journey from home or hotel to gate, and beyond.
