Porsche Design parts company with Clarins; appoints Designer Parfums

The Porsche Design Group and Clarins Fragrance Group have terminated by mutual consent their license agreement for the creation and distribution of fragrances under the Porsche Design luxury brand.

UK company Designer Parfums has been appointed Porsche Design’s new fragrance licensee and distributor, effective this month (April 2014). Part of the Shaneel Enterprises Group, Designer Fragrances was founded in 2002. It currently owns or holds licenses for Jean Patou, Ghost, Aigner Parfums, Jean-Louis Scherrer and Worth.

Porsche Design introduced its first fragrance line, The Essence, in 2008. This was subsequently followed by The Essence Intense, Porsche Design Sport, Porsche Design Sport L’Eau and Titan. All fragrances will continue to be available globally in Porsche Design stores, certain specialist doors, and from the official online store (www.porsche-design.com).
