FRANCE. Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognac has rejuvenated its product range with a new brand identity, bold packaging and contemporary style.
“Daring touch, modernism and fashion are the main features of the new Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognacs,” H. Mounier said.
The brand, which first launched in 1947, has unveiled a new look for its VS, VSOP and XO, based on its rich history and values.
The packaging features a new logo, which is described as more modern, represented by a double P. Designed to be visually stronger, the logo evokes two intertwined swords, symbolising the noble and historic values of the brand.
New oval-shaped bottle
“It is a complete revolution for Polignac Cognacs with a new oval-shaped bottle, a singular shape in the Cognac world,” the house noted. “Very chic and modern, this bottle conveys the Polignac history with the shield on the top and coat of arms at the bottom.”
In addition, Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognacs has launched a new 3D website, in collaboration with Beezart Agency and Dassault Systèmes (3DVIA). With this tool, users can relive a 3D experience titled “The Legend of the Prince”.
The house has also released a previously unpublished story about the relationship between Prince Hubert de Polignac and the house of H. Mounier, which runs as follows: “In 1947, Prince Hubert de Polignac, heir of a great French aristocratic family and moved by a strong desire to conquer, linked his destiny to H. Mounier. He is the symbol of the French savoir-vivre, while H. Mounier guarantees an ancestral know-how. Together, they gave birth to the famous brand of Cognac Prince Hubert de Polignac.”
