Proof of the Pudding menus are designed by Proof of the Pudding Executive Chef Vagn Nielsen, and feature salads, wraps, sandwiches and snacks with low sodium and fat. Proof of the Pudding has been in business nearly 30 years specialising in off-premise catering, food service management and speciality brand concepts.

“We’re thrilled to open two new Proof of the Pudding kiosks,” said Concessions International CEO Donata Russell Major. “We have enjoyed a close partnership with Proof, one of Atlanta’s most creative caterers, and are proud to continue this relationship with a fellow Atlanta-based company that shares many of CI’s core values.”

The new kiosks are part of a multi-million dollar renovation of the food areas throughout the airport. Atlanta based Concessions International was awarded several food concessions on Concourse B, which have already opened, including Fresh To Order, LottaFrutta, Paschal’s A Southern Tradition, and Little Azio’s.

Four additional CI concepts will open later in Concourse B: Gabriel’s Desserts in September, a Samuel Adams bar in October, Café Tazza in November and FLY Burger Bar Boutique by Chef Tom Catherall in December.

Atlanta-based Concessions International LLC, founded in 1978, is a food & beverage concessionaire with operations in eight airports.
