QATAR. Vastly experienced Lorenzo Valori has been named as Vice President Lounges at Qatar Airways Group. He joins from the world’s leading airport lounge operator, Plaza Premium Group (PPG), where he performed a variety of senior roles across a nine-year spell.
During his time with PPG, Valori has built expertise across all the main airport lounge business functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, IT and Operations.
His most recent role at PPG was Vice President of Growth EMEA & EU/UK Operations, based in Dubai.
Before joining PPG in Dubai as a senior business development executive for Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2021, Valori had represented the company at Heathrow and Helsinki airports.
