USA. SSP America and JFKIAT have opened Hunt & Fish Club at New York John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4 (JFK).
Located near Gate B34, the 80-seat restaurant combines a prominent bar with a full-service dining concept. It offers a contemporary steakhouse menu with classic cuts of beef, fresh seafood and cocktails.
A tailored breakfast menu was created specifically for the airport, targeting early-morning travellers alongside those seeking longer pre-flight or layover dining experiences.
The design draws inspiration from the original Hunt & Fish Club flagship in Midtown Manhattan. The JFK location pays homage to this heritage with a curated collection of artwork referencing American sporting traditions and New York club culture.
Founded in 2015, Hunt & Fish Club offers a modern interpretation of the traditional American steakhouse.

The Terminal 4 opening builds on the brand’s relationship with SSP America. The partners previously introduced Hunt & Fish Grill at New York LaGuardia Airport in 2023.
The opening forms part of JFKIAT’s continuing transformation of the Terminal 4 commercial programme, through which the operator is introducing a stronger representation of New York culture across its food & beverage and retail portfolio.
The programme is aligned with JFKIAT’s T4 North Star strategy, which aims to develop the terminal as a passenger-focused destination through local partnerships, hospitality, art and an enhanced commercial offer.
JFKIAT recently completed a US$1.5 billion redevelopment of Terminal 4. The project forms part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s wider US$19 billion transformation of JFK International Airport.
The airport-wide programme encompasses two new terminals, the expansion and modernisation of two existing terminals, a new ground transportation centre and a simplified roadway network.
“Bringing Hunt & Fish Club to Terminal 4 is another step in our commercial program’s transformation, giving our passengers a classic, authentic New York experience that locals and visitors alike will enjoy,” commented JFKIAT Chief Executive Officer Roel Huinink.
“This restaurant embodies the hospitality-driven, New York-inspired identity we’re building into every new addition at T4. We’re honoured to continue partnering with SSP America in bringing world-class hospitality to our passengers, and we look forward to continuing to transform the terminal experience.”

SSP America CEO George Mboya commented: “New York is a city defined by unforgettable dining experiences, and Hunt & Fish Club brings that unmistakable sense of place to JFK Terminal 4. We’re proud to build on our collaboration with Nelson Braff and the Hunt & Fish Club team and appreciate our dedicated colleagues who helped bring this opening to life.
“As JFK continues its dynamic transformation into a world-class gateway here in Terminal 4 and throughout the airport complex, we are grateful to JFKIAT and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for our evolving partnerships that reflect our values at their best – working together to deliver great food, heartfelt hospitality, and a memorable experience that helps make every passenger’s time in the terminal the best part of the journey.”
“Congratulations to JFKIAT and SSP America for providing passengers with an authentic taste of New York as part of the ongoing transformation of Terminal 4’s commercial redevelopment program,” added JFK International Airport General Manager Teresa Rizzuto.
“The addition of Hunt & Fish Club aligns with the Port Authority’s vision for a new JFK, where a uniquely New York experience at our terminals will become an enjoyable part of the passenger journey.”

“We built Hunt & Fish Club as a testament to the old New York that I grew up in and love,” added Hunt & Fish Club Owner Nelson Braff.
“We wanted to capture that same energy, glamour, and hospitality – a place where great food, great service, and a little New York magic come together.
“We so appreciate the opportunity to work with SSP America again and couldn’t be more excited to bring the full Hunt & Fish Club experience to JFK Terminal 4. This is an exciting new chapter for us, and we’re proud to share our New York with travellers from around the world and to be part of Terminal 4’s next 25 years.”
