San Antonio Airport issues RFP for key food & beverage and retail concessions at new terminal

USA. The City of San Antonio Aviation Department has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for food & beverage, retail and duty-free concessions at the new San Antonio International Airport Terminal C.

The opportunity covers around 3,453sq m of concessions space.

The RFP is divided into four concession packages: two for food & beverage, one for retail and one for duty free.

Interested parties have until 23 September at 11am (Central Time) to submit proposals.

An in-person pre-submittal conference is scheduled for 28 July at 9am (Central Time) in the Boeing Conference Room on the third floor of the Airport Center, 10100 Reunion Place, San Antonio, Texas.

The concessions tender forms part of the new US$1.2 billion Terminal C development, with the 78,968sq m facility housing 18 gates and scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2028.
