SINGAPORE. SSP Singapore has captured the latest brand-name western speciality coffee concession at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1. The 130sq m unit is located in the Check-In Hall and will operate under the Caffè Ritazza brand.
The contract runs for three years from 11 June, or whenever the premises is handed over to the concessionaire, whichever date comes later.
The other bidders for the concession, according to Changi Airport Group, were HMSHost, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Sarika Connoisseur Café.
