INDIA. TAV Airports Holding Chief Commercial Officer & TAV Operation Services CEO Aude Ferrand, and CAVU Experiences Director Matt Etchells have joined an already powerful speakers line-up for the Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards.
Owned and organised by The Moodie Davitt Report, this year’s gathering will be hosted by Bangalore International Airport Limited in Bengaluru on 7-8 July.
The only global airport food & beverage and hospitality event will bring together senior executives from airports, food & beverage concessionaires and hospitality service providers, as well as other business partners from around the world.

Ferrand, a key driver of TAV Operation Services’ global growth, brings fresh industry insight to the conference. She leads commercial and marketing strategy across the group’s international portfolio, aligning retail, food & beverage, services and digital ecosystems to deliver meaningful passenger experiences and sustainable value for partners.
Leveraging her experience across aviation, hospitality, travel retail and luxury, she offers a broad perspective on the evolution of airport ecosystems.

A well-regarded industry veteran, Matt Etchells brings depth to the discussion, drawing on over 20 years’ experience in airport management across aviation development, retail and operations.
At CAVU owner Manchester Airports Group, he has held senior roles spanning retail operations, customer services, terminal operations and hospitality. He has contributed to key projects, including the acquisition of London Stansted Airport, the Manchester Airport transformation programme and the expansion of CAVU lounges across the UK, US and Australia.
In his current role at CAVU, he leads P&L management and drives the growth of its experience portfolio.

As reported, Alina Alam, Founder & CEO of Mitti Café in India, will deliver a keynote address. At the FAB event in Ontario, California in 2024, Alam and Bangalore International Airport Limited were awarded the FAB Humanitarian Award for their joint initiative in bringing Mitti Café to the airport world. She was also named one of The Moodie Davitt Report’s People of the Year for 2024.
Mitti Café is part of Mitti Social Services Foundation, an extraordinary social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing them with opportunities for economic independence and dignity.
Mitti Social Services Foundation creates employment by hiring and training team members in its cafés across airports and other public institutions. The first Mitti Café was opened at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, a breakthrough that has led to other airport openings, including more at the Bengaluru gateway.
Early Bird registration for the event is still open through the dedicated website.
An Early Bird delegate pass for US$1,500 is available until 30 April, with the standard registration fee rising to US$1,700 after the deadline.
