The Estée Lauder Companies and Avolta raise the bar with renovated Heathrow beauty spaces

UK. The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), in partnership with Avolta and Heathrow Airport, has unveiled elevated retail presences for Jo Malone London, Estée Lauder, MAC Cosmetics and Bobbi Brown across Heathrow terminals 2, 3 and 5.

The new concepts highlight each brand’s identity while delivering immersive, service-focused encounters tailored for travellers.

The unveiling was attended by Heathrow Retail Director Fraser Brown, ELC Senior Vice President/General Manager Travel Retail EMEA and Americas Umair Ansari and Avolta Retail Operations Director Peter Cunningham.

In Terminal 2, the Jo Malone London boutique centres on British craftsmanship and personalised gifting. The store’s open-front design enables seamless access from all directions and leverages its prime location immediately after security.

A striking floor-to-ceiling Gifting & Personalisation cabinet is the focal point of the rear wall, showcasing the brand’s signature gift box.

The brand’s refreshed store in T3 draws inspiration from Jo Malone London’s Marylebone townhouse, combining British design codes with contemporary elements. The layout invites shoppers to explore, with playful architectural forms and contrasting backdrops that create a sense of depth and discovery.

In T5, Jo Malone London has debuted a bespoke concept that reflects the brand’s heritage through a natural colour palette, intuitive layout, clearly segmented scent families and whimsical props.

Estée Lauder has unveiled a renovated space in T3 which showcases the brand’s expertise in skin science and personalised care. Central to the offer is a dedicated treatment area where passengers can experience Re-Nutriv Age Reversal treatments inspired by the brand’s knowledge of Skin Longevity Science.

The MAC Cosmetics counters put service at the forefront with makeup stations and services tailored to time-pressed travellers

Beauty advisors deliver customised skincare rituals suited to travellers’ different skin needs. Additional services include foundation-matching.

MAC Cosmetics has introduced dynamic counters in T3 and T5, with dedicated makeup stations featuring adjustable lighting, device-charging points and pre-flight makeover services.

Interactive fixtures and a prominent Lip Display Wall highlight the brand’s hero products, such as the Ruby Woo and Velvet Teddy lipsticks, encouraging consumer engagement and discovery.

Bobbi Brown joins MAC Cosmetics in T3 with an upgraded counter featuring a signature foundation bar and expansive lip display framed by illuminated reeded glass. A consultation zone behind the gondola provides space for personalised services, elevated by a striking backwall design and New York-inspired campaign visuals.

Science meets service: The Estée Lauder counter in Terminal 3 offers Re-Nutriv Age Reversal treatments in a dedicated, tranquil zone inspired by Skin Longevity Science
