The Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards took place on 7-8 July, hosted by Bangalore International Airport Limited. The landmark 15th anniversary edition marked FAB’s first visit to India and brought together airport, F&B and hospitality leaders from around the world.
Across these pages, we take a closer look at the two-day Conference, which combined compelling case studies with lively debate around the issues shaping airport hospitality today. From design and sense of place to digital innovation and changing passenger expectations, speakers explored how airports and their partners can create a better airport experience.
The FAB Awards brought another memorable night, recognising standout concepts, initiatives and individuals from across the airport F&B and hospitality community. Singapore Changi Airport claimed the coveted Airport Food & Beverage Offer of the Year title, while the FAB Superstars Awards once again celebrated the exceptional frontline and back-of-house people who bring the industry to life.
We also look to the future as the FAB baton passes from Bengaluru to Antalya, Türkiye, which will host the 2027 Conference & Awards on 3-4 June.
