BELGIUM. Former Frontier Group Editor and travel retail marketing specialist Diana Albiol has launched a professional coaching initiative for the global travel retail community in support of #KickCancerThon.
The initiative, through Diana’s YouMe Coaching business, offers 120 hours of one-to-one coaching, with one-third of her fees donated directly to the travel retail cancer research fundraising and visibility campaign.
If fully booked, the programme will raise €3,600 for childhood cancer research.

Designed to be accessible and practical, the offer includes a series of coaching packages, giving individuals and teams the opportunity to invest in their own development while contributing to a meaningful cause.
“I wanted to find a way to contribute to #KickCancerThon in memory of Sinead Moodie,” said Albiol. “Creating a coaching offer felt like a natural way to both support people and give back to an industry that has meant a great deal to me.”
The programme is open to both individuals and companies, offering organisations a way to support employee wellbeing and development while participating in the fundraising effort.

Coaching is evolving beyond traditional leadership development, according to Albiol. “When you support the whole person, everything shifts – clarity, confidence, and how people show up in their work,” she observed.
“Coaching offers something many people rarely have – a dedicated space to think. A calm, confidential environment to step back, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. It should not be reserved for the C-suite, but accessible to anyone ready to take that step.”
After leaving the travel retail industry in 2011, Albiol went on to hold a number of global marketing roles. Today, she leads two complementary businesses.
Through DAMC Consulting, she advises organisations and senior leadership teams on brand strategy, positioning and corporate storytelling.
In 2025, she launched YouMe Coaching, where she works as an ICF Level 2 certified life and mindset coach, supporting individuals and professionals to develop greater clarity, confidence and alignment.
Albiol began her career in travel retail as a journalist and editor of Frontier magazine, later becoming Group Editor before founding DA Media Relations. During this time, she worked with leading brands and became a well-known figure in the industry, including hosting the Frontier Awards.
“Travel retail remains close to my heart,” she added. “This initiative is also a personal one for me. I wanted to find a way to give back and to support Martin and his family during such a difficult time.
“Martin has been a constant and generous supporter of me throughout my career in travel retail and that has stayed with me. Even though I am no longer working in the industry day to day, I still follow it closely and feel connected to the community.
“This felt like a meaningful way to reconnect, to support people’s growth while also contributing to something that truly matters.”
