US. Airmall USA has announced the opening of the first US location of Canadian café chain Timothy’s World Coffee (600 sq ft) on Concourse D of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
“Authentic, premium coffees coupled with the warmth of a community café is what makes Timothy’s the perfect place to relax before a long flight or grab a high-quality snack on-the-go,” said Airmall Cleveland Vice President Tina LaForte.
“We are excited to be able to provide our passengers with the unique opportunity to experience Timothy’s World Coffee before anyone else in the country, all at “˜Regular Mall Prices”¦Guaranteed’, which is an Airmall promise,” she added.
Founded in 1975, Timothy’s World Coffee began as a single café in Toronto and has since grown to more than 100 cafés across Canada. It features more than 30 premium blends of coffee, including mild, medium and strong roast, as well as a variety of speciality coffees made exclusively from 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified Espresso.
The café uses only the top 1-5% of the world’s finest Arabica beans in its coffees. It also offers a variety of bakery and sandwich items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“The arrival of Timothy’s World Coffee brings a new and unique offering for travellers to enjoy, and we are pleased to welcome them onboard,” said Airport Director Ricky Smith. “The fact that this concept is making its US debut at the Airmall at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will only further complement the existing concessions programme.”
A project of Airmall USA, the Airmall at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport officially opened in July 2010. The 76,000sq ft concessions programme features 55 distinct units.
