Travel retail communication, consumer engagement and staff training under the spotlight at Beauty Tech Live

INTERNATIONAL. Communication, consumer engagement, the O2O journey and the power of digital for staff training will be the focus of a travel retail-specific Knowledge Hub session at Beauty Tech Live, a pioneering virtual event which will take place from April 12 to 16.

A session on day one dubbed ‘Travel Retail’s Tech Transformation’ features CircleSquare Managing Partner Stéphane Zermatten, Au Coeur du Luxe (ACDL) President Laurence Ouaknine, and iClick Interactive Asia VP International Business Cody Chan.
