Travel retail consumer research firm Pi Insight updates brand identity and services offer

UK/INTERNATIONAL. Leading travel retail data and research provider Pi Insight has revealed an updated brand identity and an enhanced range of consultancy and information services.

The UK company, a long-term partner to leading industry associations including ETRC and TFWA, said it aims to double the size of business in its next phase of growth.

A new-look website, www.pi-insight.com, is designed as a ‘one-stop intelligence hub’, Pi Insight said, featuring shopper insights and backed by commentary around consumer behaviour and performance tracking tools.

Pi Insight said it also plans to include blogs, commentary, data, insights, newsletters, infographics and social media activity among its services.

Managing Director Stephen Hillam commented: “We want to be the voice of the industry when it comes to consumer and industry insights, intelligence and knowledge. We have based the website re-design around this. The intent is to be the go-to place for stakeholders to understand key industry dynamics so they can confidently develop insight-led strategies.

“For us, it’s not purely about sales. We are here to support the global travel retail industry in providing differentiated value to stakeholders via insights that are on- trend, relevant, high-quality, cost effective, and most importantly, actionable.”

In September, the company will release its 2026 Global Shopper Study, which consolidates shopper insights across 14 global travelling and duty-free spending nationalities.

Client Success Manager Sabeen Ditta added: “Working with clients as a strategic extension of their team and identifying clear, actionable intelligence is at the heart of what we do. With our new website and closer integration of our consultancy, analytics and insight capabilities, we are better placed than ever to support brands and retailers with the clarity to drive strong commercial outcomes.”
