SLOVAK REPUBLIC. Austrian consortium Two-One has won the third round of the tender for a 66% stake in Kosice and Bratislava airports.
Two-One, consisting of Vienna Airport operator Flughafen Wien, Slovak private equity group Penta and Austrian bank Raiffeisen Zentralbank, offered €113.3 million for the two airports. Spanish infrastructure operator Abertis offered €84.87 million.
