MONACO. ZEADES has reported encouraging sales onboard TAP Portugal with two trendy jewellery designs.
The Monte-Carlo based fashion jewellery brand, which uses Italian leather in its creations, says it has “defied the economic crisis” with the TAP listing.
Following this success, ZEADES has decided to issue a catalogue dedicated to the airline market, directing inflight buyers towards a selection of its best-selling products.
Paying tribute to TAP’s experimental approach to inflight sales, ZEADES said: “As a customer of ZEADES for more than two years, TAP is willing to diversify its offer and experiment with new, more daring designs – designs most often found on the domestic market.
“[Other] Airlines tend to select a range of more casual products, which corresponds to traditional tastes.”
TAP introduced the Pili pendant and Ciete bracelet to its “On Air” inflight catalogue, targeting fashion-conscious shoppers.

The Pili pendant features coffee-black Italian leather set among delicate crystal stones and pearl. Created in shiny, high-resistance stainless steel, it comes in a subtle adjustable snake chain.
The Ciete bracelet is described as a must-have Monaco design. The delicate bangle incorporates subtle inserts of coffee-black Italian leather and is set with brilliant-cut Austrian crystals.
“There is definitely a huge interest from customers for a brand with a strong concept that responds to demand for something new and fresh,” concluded ZEADES.
