Led by 2.0 & Partners Senior Partner and US Brand Ambassador Cheryl Beall, the session will examine US traveller behaviours, service expectations and purchasing dynamics, offering practical insights for frontline teams.
The session will also provide a first look at the US Excellence Academy, the latest addition to the 2.0 & Partners Academy platform.
Based between the USA and Italy, Beall also serves as Principal of Retail 101 International and Founding Member of CXscout.
A recognised leader in luxury retail, she brings extensive knowledge in customer experience, people development, organisational culture and executive coaching. Her career includes five years leading HR at International Cosmetics and Perfumes, helping drive its transformation into Kering Beauté Americas.
At 2.0 & Partners, Beall is responsible for helping improve customer experience, cultural awareness and commercial performance across airports, operators, lounges and travel retail teams.
She also designed and runs the US Excellence Academy, a dedicated training course aimed at equipping travel retail teams to deliver expert service to the evolving American shopper demographic. ✈
