HAITI. The United Nations Mission for the Stabilization in Haiti (MINUSTAH) has issued a Request for Proposals through The Moodie Report for the provision of a duty free and tax PX exchange in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
The acknowledgement letter deadline is 17 April; queries are due in by 24 April; and the deadline to submit proposals is 19 May 2006. at 10:00 AM Haiti time.
The successful contractor shall establish and operate on behalf of MINUSTAH a controlled duty free Commissary system, utilizing both retail outlets and/or a virtual catalogue.
