GCG serves up refreshed dining offer at Owen Roberts International Airport with Barú Bar & Grill

The warm, design-led space adds a contemporary touch to the busy airport’s dining landscape

CARIBBEAN. GCG has unveiled Barú Bar & Grill at Owen Roberts International Airport, enhancing the dining mix at one of the Caribbean’s key travel gateways.

The airport serves Grand Cayman, the largest of the Cayman Islands which lie in the Caribbean Sea.

Located post-security, the space offers a warm, modern setting and a menu that balances international dishes with locally sourced ingredients, highlighted by signature items such as margaritas, grilled steaks and a locally inspired lobster roll.

Cayman Islands Airports Authority CEO Albert Anderson said: “We are pleased to welcome Barú Bar & Grill to Owen Roberts International Airport. This new offering enhances the passenger experience while reflecting the continued growth and modernisation of our airports, as we remain committed to providing world-class airport services.”

Through its airport dining operations, GCG has extended its regional footprint to over 50 restaurants across Latin America and the Caribbean, with a notable presence in 15 airports.
