FINLAND/SWEDEN. The first ‘floating’ Tommy Hilfiger store has opened on MS Silja Symphony, a cruise-ferry owned by Tallink Group.

The store covers 70sq m on the ferry, whose maximum capacity is 2,626 passengers.

Tallink Duty Free CEO Aimar Pärna said: “Tommy Hilfiger’s products are very popular among our customers and, as the brand’s product range has grown, we decided with Tommy Hilfiger’s representatives that it was time to meet our customers’ expectations and open a stand-alone Hilfiger store with wider choices.”
