Rituals Cosmetics unveils standalone store at Copenhagen Airport

Luxury wellbeing brand Rituals Cosmetics opened its first standalone store at Copenhagen Airport on 30 June. The 50sq m space in Terminal 2 offers travellers a wide selection of the brand’s signature collections.

Rituals previously operated its own shop-in-shop at the airport. The move to expanded space underlines the brand’s broader strategy to open more standalone stores across key travel hubs.

Rituals Cosmetics Founder & CEO Raymond Cloosterman said, “We are very proud of our beautiful new store at Copenhagen Airport. The Rituals brand is on fire in Denmark and in the rest of Europe.

The opening of Rituals Cosmetics first standalone store at Copenhagen Airport comes as the high-traffic season begins at the Nordic hub

“Our wellbeing brand is growing, and airports are a crucial part of our brand experience. Our innovative concept comes with a fresh perspective on beauty. Our products and stores are elegant and distinctive. With our democratic price points, we can service a new and much bigger audience.”

The offer includes the relaunched The Ritual of Karma and The Ritual of Namaste, and signature collections like The Ritual of Sakura and the Classic Home Collection.

Rituals’ Copenhagen Airport store is designed features one water island, allowing customers to sample products before they make a purchase. To remedy passenger anxiety about travel, Rituals has incorporated calming scents, textures and sights – encouraging shoppers to adopt a slow shopping experience, it said.
