HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong has issued a Request for Proposals for liquor & tobacco and perfume and cosmetics concessions – two of Asia’s and the world’s most prestigious airport retail businesses – at Hong Kong International Airport.
The incumbents are China Duty Free Group-led Duty Zero by cdf (liquor & tobacco) and The Shilla Duty Free (perfumes & cosmetics).
At stake in liquor & tobacco are ten stores spanning around 36,000sq ft, while the P&C opportunity features seven stores in 41,000sq ft of space, across terminals 1 and 2.




Current contracts expire in September 2027. Term length for the next set of contracts is anticipated at eight to ten years each.

The closing date for this tender is 5 January 2027 at 16:00 (Hong Kong Time).
