Personal Brand Specialist Sally Inkster (wife of renowned airport food & beverage sector veteran and FAB judge Nick Inkster) is hosting a 40-minute webinar for ADHD and neurodivergent business owners, focusing on how to build a personal brand that authentically reflects their identity and the value they bring to their business.
The webinar, scheduled for 28 October at 11am (BST), is titled ‘From Masking to Magnetic: An ADHD Founder’s Guide to Being Seen’.
The webinar aims to address common challenges faced by ADHD and neurodivergent business owners, from managing competing ideas and finding a clear niche to staying visible without burning out and navigating marketing approaches that may not work for them.
It will explore personal branding, the niche trap, rejection sensitivity and visibility, as well as how to build a brand that works with, rather than against, the way the brain functions.
Registration includes a 40-minute live webinar, practical exercises on personal branding and clarity, tools for managing visibility, niche changes and rejection sensitivity, and replay access for those unable to attend the live session.
As a neurodivergent person herself, Inkster draws on her own experience to help business owners understand the challenges of personal branding and visibility, offering practical strategies to communicate their value and build a brand that works for them.
Inkster’s career spans oncology nursing, styling and personal branding. She became a ward sister at 23 before working as a stylist for 12 years and transitioning to personal branding, an area in which she has specialised for the past 11 years.
