USA. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport has partnered with automated food retail specialist Evolvending to introduce four self-service dining concepts in Concourse B, extending food & beverage availability to 24 hours a day.
The new installation, located near Gate B21, features automated eats from White Castle, Wow Bao, Evolve CAFE and The Amish Pretzel Co.
Hot meals, breakfast items, snacks and other grab-and-go options are on offer to passengers and airport employees.

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky is the first airport to introduce The Amish Pretzel Co. through Evolvending’s automated retail network.
Developed by the team behind Ben’s Soft Pretzels, the concept offers a range of sweet and savoury pretzel products.
The launch forms part of the airport’s wider concessions strategy, focused on improving passenger convenience and extending dining availability beyond conventional restaurant operating hours.
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport CEO Larry Krauter said: “By providing 24/7 access to trusted food brands, we’re enhancing convenience for our customers while embracing innovative solutions that strengthen both the passenger experience and the airport’s long-term business performance.”

Evolvending’s technology allows the airport to adjust its food & beverage mix according to passenger demand, location-specific sales performance and changing consumer preferences.
The company’s wider brand portfolio also includes TGI Fridays, The Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, Farmer’s Fridge, Garbanzo Mediterranean, Twisted Taco and Pure Green Juice.
Evolvending CEO Valentina Ellison said: “Cincinnati represents another exciting milestone in our continued national expansion.
“One of the greatest strengths of our platform is our ability to bring together outstanding brands that reflect how travellers want to eat today.
“The strong early response reinforces our strategy of delivering diverse, high-quality dining options while giving airport partners greater flexibility to meet evolving traveller preferences.”
The latest opening adds to Evolvending’s growing US airport footprint, with the company operating nearly 50 automated dining kiosks across eight airports.
More than 60 additional locations are scheduled to open in the coming months.
