USA. Airport food & beverage concessionaire Air Ventures has opened Martini café and bar at Nashville International Airport Concourse D. The menu features craft cocktails, local beers, chef-driven small plates and locally roasted coffee from Frothy Monkey Roasting Co.
The new concept is one element in the airport’s New Horizon expansion and renovation programme.
“Martini is more than a bar—it’s a celebration of Nashville flavour and hospitality,” said Air Ventures Vice President of Operations Seth Merin. “From hand-mixed cocktails to locally roasted coffee and regional craft beers, we’ve created a space where travellers can relax and enjoy the best of Nashville before they even leave the airport.”
An Air Ventures statement added: “Designed for comfort and connection, Martini delivers a refined yet approachable space that reflects the vibrant energy of Music City while offering convenience and quality for on-the-go guests. This opening represents yet another milestone in Air Ventures’s continued partnership with airports nationwide, bringing curated dining and beverage experiences to travellers across the country.”
