USA/INTERNATIONAL. American Express has announced an expansion of its lounge portfolio and access to premium amenities for its US Platinum and Business Platinum card members across airports in the US and other countries.
A new agreement between American Express and MAG USA will see the latter’s Escape Lounges portfolio co-branded as Escape Lounges – The Centurion Studio Partner. Platinum and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card Members will receive complimentary access.

Qualifying American Express card members will have access to complimentary premium bar and snack selections, in addition to the full menu and bar available.
Also available at the lounges will be free access to the Centurion Lounge Digital Library, an online selection of premium newspapers and magazines.
Meanwhile, Platinum and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card Members will now have access to more than 40 Centurion Lounges and Studio locations worldwide. American Express’ proprietary network of American Express International Lounge locations will be converted into Centurion Lounges.
In a further development, Platinum Card Members will now also be able to access select Lufthansa Lounges across the airline’s global network as part of American Express’ longstanding partnership with the German flag carrier.
