Baltona extends Warsaw Chopin Airport presence with La Maison du Luxe and Zoom stores

POLAND. Leading travel retailer Baltona has opened its second La Maison du Luxe boutique and introduced a first Zoom convenience store at Warsaw Chopin Airport.

La Maison du Luxe, in the Non-Schengen area, features brands including Ralph Lauren, Armani, Lancel, Kate Spade, Gucci, Prada and Coach, with an offer spanning handbags, sunglasses and fashion accessories.

A statement from Baltona said, “The decision to open another Baltona boutique at Warsaw Chopin Airport is a response to travellers’ growing expectations for premium offerings in Polish travel retail.”

The new Zoom store houses travel accessories, electronics and Polish souvenirs. This concept complements Baltona’s other Non-Schengen offerings as “a modern convenience concept combining speed and comfort with diverse product selection”, said the retailer.

The grand opening of the stores was attended by Baltona CEO Wojciech Czernek, Board Member Tomasz Marczak and representatives of Polish Airports including CEO Łukasz Chaberski and Board Member for Strategy and Marketing Adam Sanocki.

Czernek said, “The success of our first La Maison du Luxe location demonstrates that travellers value curated product selection, expert service and exceptional quality. The opening of a second boutique, this time in the Non-Schengen area, and simultaneous launch of the Zoom store, is an important step confirming Baltona’s dynamic growth.
