
SINGAPORE. The Shilla Duty Free is set to debut at Artbox Singapore 2026 with an interactive travel-themed pop-up experience.
Themed ‘Beauty in the Air’, the multi-sensory concept is designed as a travel retail-inspired environment, where visitors can explore different scents, enjoy express makeovers and discover beauty essentials through an array of interactive stations.
The experience continues beyond the festival, as visitors can purchase products at the pop-up via iShopChangi, where Shilla offers GST-absorbed pricing for up to 30 days before departure and after arrival.

A sensory journey through scent and beauty
Bringing the airport experience to the activation, the journey begins with a check-in process where visitors receive a boarding pass, then collect stamps throughout the experience to access exclusive rewards.
Guests can then participate in a fragrance discovery quiz to find their ideal scent and claim a matching sample, followed by complimentary makeovers at the express makeup bar.
Exclusive offerings include a cloud-shaped mystery bag for S$15 (US$12), filled with beauty products valued at over S$40 (US$31), including The Shilla-exclusive merchandise and curated beauty selections.
The experience concludes with a Catch & Win moment, offering participants the chance to receive vouchers and prizes.
Other highlights include complimentary makeup services provided by students from the Institute of Technical Education, in partnership with The Shilla Duty Free, offering them valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to engage with guests in a real-world setting.
Visitors can enjoy complimentary delivery on orders of S$59 (US$46) and above, subject to participating merchants and product availability. ✈
