Bobbi Brown’s new Brightening Finishing Powder |
Bobbi Brown’s new Brightening Nudes Collection is being launched into travel retail worldwide this month. The line aims to deliver glowing skin, sparkling eyes and lush lips, for a sheer, luminous effect that makes consumers look like they are naturally lit from within, according to the brand.
A highlight of the range is the new Brightening Finishing Powder, which features six shades that blend together and illuminate the skin for a natural, healthy-looking finish. Formulated with mulberry, grape, scutelleria and gentian root extracts, the formula is said to instantly brighten the skin with a wash of skin-tone correct colour. The soft texture perfectly sets makeup without making it feel heavy or weighed down.
The Brightening Nudes collection also includes new shades (Silver Moon, Mica, Ballet and Sunlight) of Bobbi Brown’s Sparkle Eye Shadow. This combines shimmering pearl and glitter in a translucent base, and is said to deliver crease-free, long-lasting wear.
Three new shades of Brightening Lip Gloss (Lilac Pearl, Pink Opal and Pink Lilac) – and an updated version of the brand’s popular Crystal Glitter Lip Gloss – complete the collection.
In other news, Bobbi Brown has updated its best-selling Pot Rouge – introduced in 2006 – with new shades and packaging. The product can be used on lips or cheeks, and leaves a sheer, stained finish.
The new shade palette, featuring the palest pink to the deepest rose, is said to offer something for everyone. Pot Rouge is now presented in a new, sleek compact complete with integral mirror.
