CANADA. Fast-casual dining brand Brasa Peruvian Kitchen is set to make its travel retail debut this summer at Toronto Pearson International Airport through a partnership with family-run hospitality company Banmore Group.

Located in Terminal 1, the flagship airport outlet will introduce travellers to Brasa’s Good Mood Superfoods concept and its modern interpretation of Peruvian cuisine, showcasing a menu centred on nutrient-rich Peruvian superfoods.

The partnership with Banmore Group and Toronto Pearson reflects a vision of delivering high-quality dining and memorable guest experiences at one of the region’s busiest travel gateways.

Brasa Peruvian Kitchen Founder and CEO Michel Falcon said: “This is a defining moment for Brasa. Toronto Pearson is one of the most important gateways in North America.

“To bring our food, our culture, and our hospitality to travellers from around the world is incredibly meaningful for us. We’re extremely thankful to have the support of the Banmore Group and Toronto Pearson.”

“Brasa’s fresh approach to Peruvian cuisine adds another exciting dining option for travellers and further strengthens the diverse range of food experiences available at the airport.

“We’re excited to welcome Brasa to Toronto Pearson as we continue to enhance the passenger experience and offer world-class dining for travellers.”

Banmore Group President Raj Chokker said, “From our very first conversation with Michel, it was clear that Brasa and Banmore Group share the same values, quality, hospitality, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.

“Becoming Brasa’s first franchise partner is a milestone we do not take lightly, and we look forward to setting the standard for what this partnership can become.”

From nutrient-packed bowls and fresh salads to smoothies and Peruvian superfood-inspired creations, Brasa’s menu will soon introduce travellers to a fresh, flavourful approach to Peruvian-inspired dining

The launch extends Brasa’s North American footprint, building on its network of three corporate-owned and two franchised restaurants in Toronto and New York.

The brand is also accelerating its expansion through a recently launched franchising programme, partnering with experienced multi-unit operators who share its commitment to hospitality, operational excellence and community engagement.

Brasa has further expansion plans across the region, targeting growth in both current and new markets. ‍
