UK. Bristol Airport has launched a competitive tender for four new food & beverage units.
The opportunity includes three casual-dining restaurants and one contemporary bar.
The units will be located airside in the departure lounge, offering operators what Bristol Airport called high-visibility spaces with strong passenger footfall.

“We’re seeking partners capable of delivering standout concepts that meet the needs of both leisure and business travellers,” the company said.
The tender will be a two-stage process, with successful partners passing through the pre-qualification stage to stage two.
Bristol Airport Head of Retail Kate Gwyther commented: “We are excited to announce a new tender opportunity for three brand-new casual dining restaurants and a bar, offering a chance for operators to become part of our vibrant and high-footfall departure lounge.
“These new units will enrich the overall passenger experience, providing greater choice, comfort and enjoyment.
“We look forward to receiving proposals from passionate and innovative businesses ready to bring fresh culinary concepts and dynamic hospitality experiences to a thriving location.”
