Brown-Forman GTR names Colton Payne as Customer Marketing Manager

Colton Payne: Key customer marketing role for travel retail at the Jack Daniel’s parent company

Brown-Forman has named Colton Payne as Customer Marketing Manager for Global Travel Retail, effective 16 December.

Payne takes over from Jeannine Wise who recently joined the Brown-Forman Herradura and el Jimador Tequila team

In his new role, Payne will be responsible for implementing the strategy for Brown-Forman’s travel retail business and the global travel retail portfolio. He reports to Brown-Forman Global Travel Retail Marketing Director Eric Helms.

Payne joined Brown-Forman in 2012 as Global Digital Manager for Modern Liqueurs. Since 2014, he has served as Associate Brand Manager – Wines for the North America region.

Helms said: “Colton’s background and expertise will prove to be a great asset in his interaction with key travel retail customers as well as his responsibilities in the management of the Brown-Forman GTR trade marketing group.  We look forward to his contributions in maintaining the progress and success enjoyed by Brown-Forman Global Travel Retail over the past two decades.”
