Burberry Beauty appoints Isamaya French as Global Beauty Director

Burberry Beauty has appointed British makeup artist Isamaya French as Global Beauty Director.

French has previously worked on Burberry’s TB Monogram and Festive 2019 campaigns under Burberry Chief Creative Director Riccardo Tisci.

French studied 3D design at Chelsea College of Art before pursuing product design at Central St. Martin’s.

She launched Dazed Beauty in 2017 — Dazed Magazine’s dedicated beauty division — and has since worked as both brand ambassador and creative director for several global beauty brands.

Isamaya French’s first Burberry Beauty campaign will be released in autumn 2020.

“I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Burberry over the past year and I’m incredibly honoured to be part of the team,” said French. “Riccardo has a brilliant mind and is such an inspiring leader – he always pushes me creatively. It’s a very exciting time to be joining the company and I can’t wait to show the world what we have been working on.”
