USA. Cigar supplier CAO will unveil its ninth premium cigar line, CAO CX2, through Alfa Brands at the 73rd Annual Retail Tobacco Dealers of America (RTDA) convention and International Trade Show in New Orleans next month.
CX2 (‘Cameroon-times-two’) is the first cigar to incorporate two Cameroon wrapper leaves in one blend. Cameroon wrapper is widely recognized by the cigar cognoscenti as among the highest valued wrapper leaf, the company said.
Grade One Cameroon wrapper leaf is used for the CX2 external wrapper, while the second wrapper – utilized as a binder – is also Cameroon leaf. Exquisite Nicaraguan and Colombian filler tobaccos complete the CAO CX2.
CAO CX2 will be available in 3 shapes: Rob (5″ x 52), Toro (6″ x 54), and Beli (7″ x 56) at local retail tobacconists.
