HONG KONG. Cindy Lam leaves her role today as Inflight Sales and Logistics Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways.
After two years the much-respected inflight executive is transferring within the company to become Product Manager – Projects. Her successor, Erica Peng, will take up the position with effect from 9 July.

Cindy Lam noted in a message to the trade: “I have thoroughly enjoyed the business interaction and also the fun and excitement experienced with all of you in the travel retail community. Sincere thanks to many of you who’ve given great care to the CX account, and I would be most grateful if you would continue to accord Erica the same support and cooperation you have kindly rendered”
Under Cindy Lam’s leadership Cathay Pacific Airways has won a number of important awards for its retail offer. It won the inaugural Travel Retail Website of the Year Award judged by The Moodie Report in 2007 and was named Raven Fox Asia Pacific inflight retailer of the year in 2006 and 2007.
