Coty Prestige has updated its Calvin Klein Beauty feminine fragrance with a new version called Sheer Beauty. It will be available in travel retail worldwide from January 2012.
The original Beauty scent, fronted by Diane Kruger, was unveiled last year in New York City. Sheer Beauty has a more natural and youthful positioning than its predecessor. The fragrance face is Dutch model Daphne Groeneveld, said to embody the “essence of a young woman bursting with femininity, confidence and sensuality”. The ad campaign was shot by Mert & Marcus.

The juice – a fresh, fruity floral – opens on a peach Bellini accord, complemented by a red berry extract and bergamot. The heart features a pink lily accord, jasmine and peony; the base blends musks, sandalwood and vanilla blossom.
The oval bottle is a reinterpretation of the original Calvin Klein Beauty bottle. This time it sports a blush-coloured gradient, and is topped with a clear cap. The outer carton is a matching, pearlised blush.
The Calvin Klein Sheer Beauty product range comprises 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edt sprays.
