Echolution unveils digital solution to drive brand and travel retail sales

UK/INTERNATIONAL. London-based start-up Echolution has unveiled a geolocation coupon campaign solution which aims to drive footfall and conversion for travel retail brands and retailers.

The digital shopper marketing start-up’s proprietary data-stack technology offers a suite of programmatic advertising tools that allow brand campaigns to be built with target customers in mind.

The interactive coupon solution draws on Echolution’s data sources – which include brands’ own web and CRM data, KLM, Emirates, Tencent, Experian and the 13 million-plus customers of the tax-free shopping specialist Global Blue – to offer programmatic targeting, designed for a greater level of engagement and clickthrough.

The company said the introduction of the dynamic digital coupon promotion system allows Echolution to provide greater levels of customer engagement and a call-to-action that delivers a “more frictionless airport retail experience”.

From bespoke promotions and loyalty programmes to automated digital customer care, Echolution said the mobile coupon solution enables retailers to distribute their message through their owned or preferred channels and provides accurate and real-time campaign statistics.
