The 15sq m outlet, located at Level 2 in the Transit Lounge West, operates as a takeaway-only concept.

The opening debuts a limited-edition menu of locally inspired flavours available exclusively at Hudsons, including the Salted Egg Rrooll, Kaya Butter Rrooll, Milo Dinosaur Rrooll and Teh Tarik Rrooll.
Rrolls are speciality, halal-certified cinnamon rolls in both sweet and savoury flavours originating from Singapore.
Hudsons, an ELR-owned brand, made its Changi debut in 2017 with its first café in Terminal 3. Since then, it has built a strong following among travellers for what ELR describes as “consistently great coffee” and a fully Halal-certified menu designed to meet the needs of a broad international passenger mix.

Hudsons’ ability to tailor its offer to the specific demographics of each terminal has been a key factor in its continued success, ELR noted.
Looking ahead, ELR said it sees significant growth potential at Changi: “With changing traveller demographics, evolving customer needs and emerging global trends, we see strong potential to expand our portfolio.
“As we continues to strengthen its presence at Changi, we plan to enhance existing operations and introduce new brands both in Singapore and at Changi Airport.”
