FRANCE. Groupe ADP has reported revenue for the first nine months of 2026, with Retail and Services division income climbing marginally (+0.2%) to €1,615 million, against the backdrop of an “environment that remains challenging”, according to the company.
Within this, retail (comprising revenue received from airside and landside shops, bars and restaurants, banking and foreign exchange, car rental companies and advertising) dipped -3.6% to €1,085 million.

Extime Duty Free Paris (the joint venture between Groupe ADP and Lagardère Travel Retail) posted a fall of -4.1% year-on-year in revenue to €605 million. The was influenced, said ADP, by works in some terminals, the appreciation of the Euro compared to the beginning of 2026, a slowdown in growth in the luxury goods sector, and from March onwards, reduced international traffic amid the Middle East crisis.
Extime Travel Essentials Paris (also a partnership between Groupe ADP and Lagardère Travel Retail) posted a rise of +2.1% to €149 million in revenue. Revenues from Other Shops, Bars and Restaurants climbed by +3.1% year-on-year.
The advertising business leapt +17.8% in revenue terms due to the effect of stepping up certain campaigns at the start of the year.
Extime Paris spend per passenger slipped by -0.6% year-on-year to €31.10.

Consolidated group revenue for the first nine months hit €5,106 million, an increase of +1.4% compared to the first nine months of 2025.
Group traffic totalled 287.3 million passengers in the first nine months, up +0.1% compared with the same period in 2025. The Paris airports of Charles de Gaulle and Orly served 80.9 million passengers, down by -0.4% year-on-year.

Groupe ADP Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Philippe Pascal said, “Over the first nine months of 2026, Groupe ADP demonstrated the resilience of its business model and the value of its international network”. He cited a backdrop of “persistent geopolitical tensions” and “a slowdown in demand and operational constraints at certain airports”.
He added, “Disruptions to the operating environment related to the conflict in the Middle East, particularly those affecting international traffic flows, are weighing on the Group’s activity. In spite of these pressures, consolidated revenue continued to grow, posting an increase of +1.4% at the end of September.
“In Paris, we are reaching a decisive stage in the finalisation of the future 2027-2034 Economic Regulation Agreement, for which the French Transport Regulatory Authority’s binding opinion is expected by mid-November.
“We are confident in our ability to conclude a balanced agreement that will give Groupe ADP the necessary visibility to make disciplined investments, strengthen the performance of Parisian airports, and address the challenges of decarbonisation and competitiveness facing the French air transport sector.
“This agreement will form the basis of Groupe ADP’s next strategic plan and financial trajectory for 2030, which we will present in early 2027. In an environment characterised by profound transformation, this trajectory will set a clear course for strengthening the Group’s long-term performance and creating value for all its stakeholders.” ✈
