Habanos SA has introduced a new vitola into the Connossieur line of its H.Upmann brand. Aimed exclusively at Habanos Specialists and La Casa del Habano franchise stores, Connossieur A will be available to all markets worldwide in coming weeks.
Connossieur is a historic Linea within the H.Upmann brand, and its most relevant size was the Connossieur No 1. It is now updated with the new Connossieur A, which incorporates for the first time the new Connossieur exclusive ring designed to enhance the image of H.Upmann in the 21st century.
Connossieur A (52 ring gauge x 140 mm in length) was exclusively tasted by attendees of the 2013 Inter-tabac Fair in Dortmund last month.
All the Habanos have been made “˜Totalmente a Mano, con Tripa Larga’ (“˜Totally Handmade, with Long Filler’), with selected leaves from the Vuelta Abajo (D.O.P) tobacco plantations in the region of Pinar del Río and produced by expert Cuban cigar rollers.
